Privacy statement

Init IQ, based in Lelystad, the Netherlands, and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 77531132, values your privacy. This statement explains which personal data we process and why.
What data do we process?
This website does not use cookies, analytics software or third-party trackers. We only process personal data that you provide to us yourself, for example when you send us an email:
- your name and contact details (email address, optionally a phone number);
- your company name and job title;
- the content of your message.
In addition, the hosting provider of this website may record technical data in server log files (such as IP address and time of visit) to keep the website secure and available.
Your language and display preferences (Dutch or English, light or dark mode) are stored only in your own browser and are never sent to us.
What do we use this data for?
- to answer your question and stay in touch with you;
- to prepare and carry out a proposal or engagement confirmation;
- to comply with legal obligations, such as the Dutch tax retention requirement.
Retention period
We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Data that is part of our financial records is kept for seven years, in accordance with the Dutch statutory retention requirement.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data and only share it with third parties when this is necessary to perform an agreement (for example with our accountant) or to comply with a legal obligation.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. To do so, send an email to info@initiq.nl. If you have a complaint about how your data is processed, you can also contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
